How long does delivery take?
Inside Dhaka City: 1-2 working days. Dhaka outside city: 2-3 working days. Outside Dhaka District: 2-4 working days via our courier partner. Orders confirmed after 6:00 PM are dispatched the next working day.
ডেলিভারিতে কত সময় লাগে?
ঢাকা সিটির ভেতরে: ১–২ কর্মদিবস। ঢাকা সিটির বাইরে: ২–৩ কর্মদিবস। ঢাকা জেলার বাইরে: কুরিয়ারের মাধ্যমে ২–৪ কর্মদিবস। সন্ধ্যা ৬টার পর কনফার্ম হওয়া অর্ডার পরের কর্মদিবসে পাঠানো হয়।
What is the delivery charge?
Inside Dhaka City 75 taka, Dhaka outside city 110 taka, Outside Dhaka District 135 taka. Delivery is free on orders of 2,000 taka or more. The exact charge is shown at checkout before you confirm.
ডেলিভারি চার্জ কত?
ঢাকা সিটির ভেতরে ৳৭৫, ঢাকা সিটির বাইরে ৳১১০, ঢাকা জেলার বাইরে ৳১৩৫। ৳২,০০০ বা তার বেশি অর্ডারে ডেলিভারি ফ্রি। কনফার্ম করার আগেই চেকআউটে সঠিক চার্জ দেখানো হয়।
Can I check the product before paying?
Yes. We send every parcel as check delivery, so you can open it and inspect the product in front of the courier before you pay. If it is the wrong item, damaged, or not what the page described, refuse the parcel and it comes straight back to us at no cost to you.
টাকা দেওয়ার আগে পণ্য দেখে নিতে পারবো?
হ্যাঁ। আমরা প্রতিটি পার্সেল চেক ডেলিভারিতে পাঠাই। টাকা দেওয়ার আগে কুরিয়ারের সামনেই খুলে দেখে নিন। ভুল পণ্য, ভাঙা, বা পেজে যা লেখা ছিল তার সাথে না মিললে পার্সেলটি নেবেন না, কোনো খরচ ছাড়াই সেটি আমাদের কাছে ফিরে আসবে।
What if I find a problem after the courier has left?
Once a parcel is accepted and paid for we cannot take it back, which is why we send everything as check delivery. If a product develops a fault covered by its warranty, call us and we will handle it under the warranty terms shown on the product page.
কুরিয়ার চলে যাওয়ার পর সমস্যা পেলে কী হবে?
পার্সেল গ্রহণ করে টাকা দিয়ে দেওয়ার পর আমরা সেটি ফেরত নিতে পারি না। এ কারণেই আমরা সব চেক ডেলিভারিতে পাঠাই। তবে ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় পড়ে এমন ত্রুটি দেখা দিলে আমাদের ফোন করুন, প্রোডাক্ট পেজে উল্লেখিত ওয়ারেন্টি শর্ত অনুযায়ী আমরা ব্যবস্থা নেব।
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery, bKash and Nagad. For bKash or Nagad, send the amount to the number shown at checkout and enter the transaction ID on the order form.
কী কী পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি আছে?
ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি, বিকাশ ও নগদ। বিকাশ বা নগদের ক্ষেত্রে চেকআউটে দেখানো নম্বরে টাকা পাঠিয়ে অর্ডার ফর্মে ট্রানজেকশন আইডি লিখুন।
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest with just a name, phone number and delivery address. An account simply saves your details and lets you see past orders.
অর্ডার করতে কি অ্যাকাউন্ট লাগে?
না। শুধু নাম, ফোন নম্বর ও ঠিকানা দিয়ে গেস্ট হিসেবেই অর্ডার করতে পারবেন। অ্যাকাউন্ট থাকলে শুধু তথ্য সেভ থাকে আর আগের অর্ডারগুলো দেখা যায়।
How do I track my order?
Use the Track Your Order page with the phone number you ordered with. You will also get a call from our team to confirm the order before it is dispatched.
অর্ডার কীভাবে ট্র্যাক করবো?
যে ফোন নম্বর দিয়ে অর্ডার করেছেন সেটি দিয়ে Track Your Order পেজে দেখুন। পাঠানোর আগে আমাদের টিম থেকে একটি কনফার্মেশন কলও পাবেন।
Are the products original?
We sell imported EDC gear, not counterfeits of branded products. Where an item has a brand or model number we list it on the product page; where it does not, we say so rather than inventing one.
পণ্যগুলো কি অরিজিনাল?
আমরা ইমপোর্টেড EDC গিয়ার বিক্রি করি, কোনো ব্র্যান্ডের নকল নয়। যেসব পণ্যের ব্র্যান্ড বা মডেল নম্বর আছে সেটি প্রোডাক্ট পেজে লেখা থাকে; যেগুলোর নেই, সেখানে আমরা বানিয়ে না লিখে সরাসরি জানিয়ে দিই।
Do you deliver outside Bangladesh?
Not at the moment. We deliver anywhere inside Bangladesh.
বাংলাদেশের বাইরে ডেলিভারি দেন?
এই মুহূর্তে না। আমরা বাংলাদেশের ভেতরে সব জায়গায় ডেলিভারি দিই।
